One of the ways of keeping the cost of service is utilising the more economic payment methods. We try to automate as much as we can in order to cut down the cost which we can than pass on to you as our customer.
This is why our Debit Order (DO) remains our most preferred payment method as it is cheaper for us (when money is collected the first time) and a safer way and peace of mind for you as a customer. Our payment dates are:
- 1st of the month
- 15th of the month
- 25th of the month
- 26th of the month
- Last day (30/31st) of the moth
Where the day falls on a Saturday, we collect the money on that day but however it only get processed later (after 2pm) on that day. When the collection day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, we collect the money on the next normal/working day.
The cost of service is as follows when you pay by debit order:
- Active Plus+: R199pm
- B-Boss: R249pm
- B-Boss Plus+: R299pm

- Card @Office: R210, R270, R320
- EFT (FNB 62602781678): R220, R280, R330
- ATM Deposit: R250, R300, R350
- Cash @Office: R250, R300, R350
- Yoco Payment Link: R210, R270, R320
